Vertex Consulting Private Limited provides business strategy, operational consulting, financial advisory, and related professional services. The specific scope of services for each client engagement is defined in a separate Statement of Work (“SOW”) or engagement letter signed by both parties.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and methodology frameworks, is the property of Vertex Consulting Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
Deliverables created specifically for a client engagement become the client’s property upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise stated in the SOW.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any consulting relationship for a period of three years, unless the information enters the public domain through no fault of the receiving party.
Consulting fees are as agreed in the SOW or engagement letter. Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments will attract interest at 18% per annum. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 45 days overdue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vertex Consulting’s total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered clients. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
